How to Book

We are happy to accept bookings through our secure online booking system or by phone or email. Each Lodge can accommodate between one and four people and prices vary accordingly. Full details of our prices can be found on our prices page.
 

Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in Hooting Lodge and from Friday to Friday in Tooting Lodge.  You are welcome to arrive from 5pm on your arrival day and are requested to leave by 9:30am on your departure day.

If booking online, the green squares on the online booking system signify available start days.  If you click on one of the green squares a popup should appear showing the range of booking options.  First select length of stay and then set the occupancy to see the prices.

We request 20% deposit to secure a booking, with full payment required five weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer and debit/credit card (through PayPal). We request that you read and agree to our Terms and Conditions prior to booking.

Please Note: Pets are not permitted in the grounds or in either Hooting or Tooting Lodge and both Lodges are non smoking. Maximum occupancy of 4 persons per lodge.

We recognise that holidays are special times. If there is anything that we can do to make your holiday extra special then please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.  Please phone or email us to discuss your requirements.
